Loved the garden and ambiance. Welcoming staff, delicious food. Great bathroom with amazing shower. Free airport transfers.

Beautiful Garden & Relaxing Spa: The garden was stunning. It was such a peaceful place to relax and read a book. I also enjoyed the spa treatment which was very relaxing.
Terrible Room & Not Kids-Friendly: The room was very uncomfortable. The bed was too hard, and the pillows were not supportive.

What I liked about this hotel was the free transfer service to and from the airport. the restaurant offered some great dishes that were both tasty and healthy. the location of the hotel was also perfect as it was close to the city center and shopping areas.
The rooms were not well-maintained, as there were some burnt out light bulbs and the walls had some stains. the staff seemed uninterested in providing good service and were not very knowledgeable about the local area or the hotel amenities.

The hotel is a hidden gem, a perfect oasis of luxury. the staff was attentive and friendly. the spa and wellness center provided an exceptional experience with full, body massage and beauty treatments. the garden area with a heated swimming pool and sun loungers is peaceful and secluded , perfect for a restful getaway.
The outdoor swimming pool was quite small and did not invite walks. the indoor pool made up for it with its serene and peaceful atmosphere.
